Application Process

• Step1: Please ensure that you meet all of the eligibility criteria and read all instructions carefully.
• Step 2: Complete each of the following parts clearly:
  • Part 1: Candidate Information — Sections A through E
  • Part 2: Supporting Information — Two reference letters (Preferred combination would be one from teacher and one from community)

• Step 3: : Submit your complete application by email, fax or mail. This PDF form is capable of being filled and signed digitally using Adobe Acrobat Reader. It may then be emailed or printed.

All applications must be received no later than 5:00pm on Monday, May 15th, 2023.
