Cold water immersion test facility capable of water temperatures as low as 0C and air temperatures as low as -20C. The lab can accommodate human participants or thermal manikins and is serviced by a data acquisition system and data storage RAID. The water tank measures 4.5m L x 2.5m W x 2m D and has circulation systems capable of generating surface currents up to 0.5m/s. The water tank can be covered to provide a dry-only environment if needed.
